1 rule: DO NOT OVEREAT. If you are not engaged in a heavy physical activity, 2000 kcals a day will quite suffice you. Thereby you will arrange unloading to your cells and support their activity.

2 rule: MENU SHOULD CORRESPOND TO YOUR AGE.

3 rule: DO NOT HURRY up ON PENSION.

4 rule: SEX – the YOUTH ELIXIR.

5 rule: DO NOT GIVE DESPAIR UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES.

6 rule: MOVE.
Even some minutes of playing sports a day prolong a life. In the course of trainings the growth hormone is released, its development sharply reduced after 30 years.

7 rule: SLEEP in a COOL ROOM.
Those who sleeps at temperature +17+18°C, remains young longer. After all a metabolism in an organism and display of age changes depend on a surrounding temperature.

8 rule: TRY to RECEIVE POSITIVE EMOTIONS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
From time to time it is necessary to afford unreasonable pleasures: a big piece of a high-calorie pie, prolonged late binge with friends, dances till one drop, reading of a detective in succession – all it helps us to live long!

9 rule: DO NOT BLANK out ANGER in yourself, ALLOW IT to be pulled out OUTSIDE.

10 rule: FIND WORK to GREY CELLS.
Solve crossword puzzles, read much, learn foreign languages, do mental arithmetic…
